In this role, you will be the front-line ambassador, ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing front desk operations, promptly resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate guest records. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guests' queries, resolving issues promptly, and addressing concerns with professionalism.
  • Manage front desk operations , including handling phone calls, emails, and messages in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using our property management system (PMS).
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution for guests.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out processes , ensuring efficient room allocation and key distribution (if applicable to the specific entertainment venue).
