About the Role :

We are looking for experienced professionals who can design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IIQ / ISC (Identity Security Cloud) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, development, testing, and production deployment while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IIQ / ISC solutions
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and test case creation
• Perform development, unit testing, integration testing & troubleshooting
• Support UAT and manage end-to-end deployment & post-production hypercare
• Conduct knowledge transfer and ensure smooth handover
• Contribute to proposals, effort estimation, and internal training
• Implement security best practices across the IAM lifecycle
• Guide and mentor junior team members

Education : Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
