Role Overview :
We are looking for a motivated
Inside Sales Executive
who will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound / inbound calling. The role demands excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-first approach to drive sales opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Make
outbound calls
to potential clients to introduce company products and services.
Handle
inbound queries
and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Understand customer needs and recommend relevant solutions.
Maintain an active pipeline through
lead nurturing and follow-ups .
Achieve monthly / quarterly
call, meeting, and sales targets .
Update and maintain
CRM records
with accurate customer information.
Coordinate with the sales teams for smooth lead handovers.
Build and sustain
positive client relationships
through professional communication.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to candidates with technical (IT or related) qualifications.
3–5 years of experience
in inside sales, telesales, or telemarketing.
Excellent
verbal communication skills .
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Comfortable using
CRM tools, Google Workspace, Excel, and MS Office .
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
