Construction Project Manager

Position Overview

Swadar Properties and Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an accomplished Project Manager – Building Construction to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects in Bangalore. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a results-driven approach to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of residential and / or commercial building projects
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and execution plans
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure construction activities adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks
• Monitor site progress and prepare periodic MIS and status reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety norms, and local authority regulations
• Manage contractor performance, certifications, billing, and cost controls
• Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Lead site teams to ensure productivity, discipline, and timely milestone achievement
