Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Loan Sales Representative located in Coimbatore or anywhere in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, or Bangalore. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting thorough needs assessments, offering suitable loan products, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Additional tasks include maintaining customer relationships, addressing queries, and consistently meeting sales targets and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in providing Training and mentoring within a sales environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team
• Basic understanding of financial products and loan processes is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Kerala or Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
