Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy internal email campaigns (e.g. newsletters, event invites, marketing emails)
- Create and manage Marketo programs, smart campaigns, email templates, landing pages, and forms
- Ensure on-time delivery and QA of all internal campaigns
- Maintain internal distribution lists and audience segmentation using smart lists and dynamic content
- Monitor lead scoring or engagement models (if applicable internally)
- Develop reusable assets (tokenized programs, templates)
- Knowledge of UTM tracking and internal campaign analytics
- Track internal campaign performance (open / click rates, engagement)
- Assist with Marketo instance hygiene : de-duping, data field updates
- Strong knowledge of smart campaigns, flow steps, forms, segmentation, and tokens
- Basic understanding of HTML / CSS for email and landing page customization
- Familiarity with CRM tool (D365) and integrations is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines
- Stay up to date with Marketo best practices, releases, and system updates
