Human Resources Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing Recruitment (IT / Software), HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing the overall human resources activities within the company. They will also be responsible for processing payroll including all the compliance related to it. Daily tasks include recruiting, onboarding, managing HR documents, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR executive
• Experience in IT / Software recruitment
• Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Expertise in Employee Relations
• Hands-on experience in Payroll processing, calculations and compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the software or technology industry is a plus
