Role Overview :
We are looking for a General Manager Strategy to join our Postgraduate Admissions (PG) team. This role blends strategic planning, operational excellence, and program leadership, focusing on scaling our postgraduate admissions while maintaining the brands selectivity and quality.
Youll work closely with the leadership team to design and execute data-driven strategies across admissions, marketing, candidate experience, and partner management. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with strong analytical, people, and execution skills someone who can own outcomes end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategy & Growth :
- Develop and execute admissions growth strategies for Masters Unions postgraduate programs.
- Identify new candidate acquisition channels (corporate, digital, partnerships, alumni referrals).
- Use data-driven insights to optimize funnel conversion rates from leads to admits.
- Own quarterly and annual admissions targets and drive initiatives to meet them.
2. Program & Process Management :
Design scalable processes for candidate evaluation, selection, and onboarding.Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a seamless applicant journey.Oversee all touchpoints from application to interview to final offer ensuring consistency and brand alignment.Use CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) to improve efficiency and reporting.3. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner with the marketing and branding team on campaigns and narratives to attract top-tier talent.Liaise with faculty, student affairs, and industry partners to align admissions outcomes with program goals.Collaborate with tech and data teams to improve dashboards, automation, and candidate analytics.4. Leadership & Stakeholder Management :
