The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Program Management leader to drive one of the largest high-tech industrial infrastructure projects in India. The role will be heavily focused on semiconductor facility construction , with a lighter yet critical responsibility on advanced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems to support operations and long-term reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for construction planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
• Oversee project governance, cost, schedule, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead engagement with EPC contractors, design consultants, and global partners for on-time, quality-driven execution.
• Ensure world-class construction standards for cleanrooms, utilities, and precision-controlled environments.
• Provide oversight of critical MEP systems to ensure seamless commissioning and transition into operations.
• Maintain strong focus on safety, compliance, and sustainability across all construction activities.
• Build, mentor, and manage cross-disciplinary project teams at site.
