Role- IT Recruiter- AM- Bangalore(no relocation)
Notice period- immediate or 15 days
Experience required- 4-7 years (end to end recruitment- IT Hiring)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead IT talent acquisition efforts for mid to senior-level positions.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and facilitate selection processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and employer branding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
- Mentor junior recruiters and enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications :
4-7 years of experience in IT talent acquisition or recruitment, with some leadership exposure.Strong knowledge of IT skills and hiring market dynamics.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
