Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Goa and Mumbai for a Senior Architect with a minimum 4 and a preferred 6-8 years of experience in design led architectural studios. The Senior Architect will oversee architectural projects from concept to completion, including design development, project coordination, and client engagement. This role involves integrating advanced software and technologies to enhance design processes, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and high-quality architectural solutions. The position also entails collaboration with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project timelines and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Interior Design, with experience in creating detailed, innovative designs.
• Expertise in Project Management, including team coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong site experience is preferred
• Knowledge of surface modelling is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in architecture or related roles.
• A degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Experience in sustainable design practices and familiarity with emerging industry technologies is an advantage.
