Job description

Banking and Functional experience on Core Banking including Oracle Banking Products

5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Core Banking domain.
Hands-on experience with core banking platforms
Strong Exp Core banking products.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Essential Job Functions :

Liaise with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to core banking processes.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

Work with product owners, QA, developers, and architects to design and implement system changes.

Perform gap analysis between existing systems and business requirements.

Assist in UAT planning, scripting, and execution.

Ensure alignment of core banking features with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Support implementation, migration, and upgrades of core banking platforms.

Conduct workshops and training for business users on new features and workflows.

Qualifications :

B.Tech / B.E / MCA / BCA / M.Tech / MBA
