Role Overview :
We are seeking a Marketing Lead who can combine analytical thinking with hands-on operational execution. This role will directly shape Aqoza's brand identity as an industry educator and trusted partner, while building the foundations for scale, demand generation, and brand equity.
The ideal candidate is a generalist with focus, equally comfortable driving strategy and executing campaigns, who sees this as an excellent launchpad to accelerate both Aqoza's growth and their own career, building on the early success and organic traction the brand has already achieved.
Key Responsibilities :
Demand Generation & Growth
- Drive digital demand generation across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Technical SEO and other relevant B2B channels.
- Launch account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value enterprise accounts
- Support the sales team with qualified leads and tailored collateral.
CRM Management
Manage CRM operations to ensure accurate data hygiene and lead tracking.Set-up marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and customer engagement - once they are part of the pipeline.Create reports on the lead lifecycle and gather insights to inform strategy.Events and Engagement
Manage Aqoza's events portfolio, including invite strategy, event collaterals, and post-event engagement to nurture leads and establish / deepen relationshipsTrack leads from events and integrate post-event data into CRM for follow-up.Retention / Account Growth
Support the sales team in nurturing existing enterprise accounts through periodic communication and engagement initiatives.Identify opportunities for cross-selling or expansion across client locations and SBUs, in collaboration with the sales and estimates teams.Track renewal cycles and maintain CRM hygiene to ensure timely follow-ups on ongoing and repeat business.Education & Qualifications :
BE / BTech or Degree in Marketing ( MBA not mandatory )2-4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in clean-tech, infrastructure, manufacturing, or complex technical solution industries.Highly self-driven graduates are also welcome, but with clear riders for performance!Key Competencies ( mandatory ) :
Strong growth hacking mindset or experienced with LinkedIn, Email and CRM MarketingExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Hands-on with marketing operations : campaigns, events, website, SEO.Hands-on in demand generation or ABM is a great advantage.Willingness to travel as per business needs.Previous experience with event management is a meritPast experience in building reports is a plus.Perks & Benefits
