Job descriptionSouth Eastern Suburbs (near Clayton) Permanent (full time)(5 days)(on-site) 3-5 + years experience in an EA role within a medium or large scaled organisation Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and be highly organised Efficient and effective High attention to detail Excellent verbal, written and communication skills Computer / IT Savvy Experience managing administration and reception staff Use discretion and high level of confidentiality High level secretarial administration support to the Director Support Board members and Senior managers Proactive diary management Manage, train and support reception staff Monitor performance and KPI's for direct reports Ensure compliance to quality standards and procedures Diploma in Business Administration or similar / equivalent PR, AU or NZ Citizenship
