(Immediate Start) Estimation Engineer

We are a leading multinational commercial construction subcontracting company specializing in estimation, take-offs, and 3D BIM modeling for projects ranging from small renovations to large-scale commercial constructions. We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Glazing Estimator to join our team and contribute to our growing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine project scope and identify risks or opportunities
• Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates based on material requirements, labor rates, and project timelines
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and availability of materials
• Identify and implement cost-saving strategies that do not compromise quality or project performance
• Work with project managers and team members to ensure all estimates are aligned with project goals and timelines
• Guide junior estimators to ensure high-quality estimates and timely project delivery
