Marketing Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for woven apparel (tops & bottoms) to align with company objectives and market demand.
- Drive growth in domestic and international markets through structured brand positioning and customer engagement strategies.
Client Relationship Management :
Manage relationships with international clients and buying houses for business development, order booking, and client satisfaction.Coordinate with buyers for pricing, sampling, product development, and timely deliveries.Product Development & Merchandising :
Lead seasonal product planning and range development with a strong focus on woven garments.Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to align product offerings with buyer expectations.Business Development :
Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets, especially in Europe and the US.Conduct competitor benchmarking and market intelligence to capture emerging trends.Team Leadership :
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing & merchandising teams to ensure high performance and cross-functional coordination.Build team capabilities in customer service, costing, and negotiations.Cross-Functional Coordination :
Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely and quality execution of orders.Monitor critical path management (CPM) for seamless process flow.Experience in handling woven garments (tops & bottoms) is mandatory
