Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located on MG road gurgaon ,close to mg road metro station in MGF Metropolis Mall, Gurugram for a Human Resources Executive / Manager. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing overall HR management. Day-to-day tasks will include employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Employee Relations skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources.MBA will be prefered .
