Job Description Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our

mission of transforming data into actionable insights and support multiple environments during off

business hours.

Job Responsibilities :

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support business intelligence needs.
Connect to various data sources using Direct Query and transform data for reporting purposes.
Implement row-level security (RLS) to ensure appropriate data access.
Write complex DAX queries for advanced calculations and data analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
Provide expert guidance on best practices and solutions for optimizing WMS functionalities.
Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes.
Monitor and respond to IT incidents and service requests during on-call shifts.
Document incident resolutions and maintain accurate records.
Participate in post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
Expert in writing and maintaining SQL
Experience working with very large datasets and database tables.
Data Modeling experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.

Experience :

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Microsoft Power BI development.

Experience with SQL for data validation and analysis.

Experience with Data Bricks and Oracle warehouse.

Experience with Power Automate is a must have.

2+ years of experience creating Power BI Paginated reports.

Familiarity with Power BI service features like workspaces, sharing, and permissions.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to participate in a weekly on-call rotation schedule.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Synapse Analytics.

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
