Job Summary :

The SAP Alliance Operations Manager will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our alliance operations. This position requires a deep understanding of the re-sell concept and involves supporting business compliance reviews, managing end-to-end opportunities, and contributing technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of assigned engagements, maintaining accurate data across company dashboards, and managing alliance-related portals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand and implement the re-sell concept within alliance operations.
• Support the business in compliance reviews of deals to ensure alignment with company policies.
• Track and manage end-to-end opportunities to drive business growth.
• Contribute technical knowledge to support business operations and decision-making.
• Review, prepare, and process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) payments.
• Proactively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders - business team and leadership on planning and managing assignments.
• Follow risk management and compliance procedures to mitigate operational risks.
• Execute assigned engagements with precision and efficiency.
• Update and maintain dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility to provide insights to management and stakeholders.
• Oversee the management of alliance portals, ensuring information is current and organized.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
• Experience with risk management and compliance procedures is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar platforms is an advantage.
