Job description

We're hiring a Specialist Red Teamer to join Chaleit Services. If you have 4–8 years of hands-on offensive security experience and love emulating real adversaries to harden defences, we want to talk.

What you’ll do :

Lead and execute red team engagements (adversary emulation, full-scope exercises, purple-team followups).
Design realistic TTPs, custom tooling, and covert access paths to test detection & response.
Perform Recon, AD / Cloud post-exploitation, lateral movement, privilege escalation, and persistence validation.
Produce crisp, technical findings and prioritized remediation guidance for technical and executive audiences.
Mentor junior testers and help evolve playbooks, detection content, and automation.
Work with clients across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments; maintain strict rules-of-engagement and ethics.

What we’re looking for :

4–8 years of professional experience in offensive security / red teaming.

Proven experience with enterprise Active Directory, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), and network / web app exploitation techniques.

Strong hands-on skills in post-exploitation, lateral movement, persistence, and telemetry evasion.

Comfortable writing technical reports, threat emulation plans, and delivering client debriefs.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Certifications like OSCP, OSCE, eJPT, or equivalent experience are a plus.

Experience with C2 frameworks, custom tool development, or malware analysis (research background).

Familiarity with SIEM / EDR internals and detection engineering.
