Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven VP of Sales to lead our sales strategy across existing and upcoming resorts. This is a high-impact role requiring a combination of strategic thinking, deep market knowledge, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury hotel sales, particularly weddings and events, and the ability to deliver commercially successful sales packages that outperform market benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Samskara Resorts, with a focus on driving revenue per available room (RevPAR) above market averages in Jaipur and Pushkar.
• Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding targets across all business segments, including weddings, events, corporate, leisure, and group bookings.
• Design and implement innovative, commercially viable packages and offerings that attract high-value clientele.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners.
• Provide actionable market insights, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to align sales initiatives with overall brand strategy.
• Represent Samskara Resorts at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to expand brand presence and business opportunities.
• Mentor, inspire, and grow a high-performing sales team across multiple locations.
