Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to manage and guide the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of automobile products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with team members.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations departments for promotional campaigns and lead generation.
- Track and report daily / weekly / monthly sales performance to the management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain dealership standards.
- Train and mentor new sales executives to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
Experience : Minimum 6 months experience in the automobile industry, preferably in sales or customer handling roles.

Pay : ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
