Key Responsibilities :

End-to-end recruitment for Australia market roles.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

Coordinate with clients and candidates for interviews, feedback, and closures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.

Meet hiring deadlines and delivery targets.

Requirements : Prior experience in

Australia recruitment & staffing domain

is mandatory.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Knowledge of Australian job portals and compliance will be an added advantage.
