We’re looking for an experienced AI leader to drive innovation, architecture, and deployment of large-scale AI systems.

Role : Generative AI Lead / Principal Engineer

Experience : 10–12 years

Employment Type : Full-Time (FTE)

Location : Remote

Notice Period : Immediate / up to 20 days

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership : Define the AI vision, technical direction, and best practices for the Generative AI team.

AI Strategy & Roadmap : Identify and execute high-impact use cases for AI-driven transformation.

Model Development : Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and large language models (LLMs).

Multimodal AI : Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated workflows.

Scalable Systems : Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and ML training workflows.

Cloud & MLOps : Train, deploy, and scale models using AWS and modern MLOps tools.

Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams.

Mentorship : Coach and upskill ML / AI engineers on design, architecture, and best practices.

Research : Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in Generative AI and multimodal learning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in CS / ML / AI or related field (Master’s / PhD preferred).

5+ years’ experience in ML / Data Science, with a focus on Generative AI, LLMs, or Computer Vision.

Expertise in Transformer-based models (GPT, VLMs, etc.).

Experience with multimodal datasets (text, image, 3D).

Strong coding skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, pandas.

Deep understanding of probability, statistics, and optimization.

Hands-on with AWS, CI / CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
