Job Title : Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to generate sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products / services.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, conversions, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, products, and service features.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in inside sales / telecalling / lead generation.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Additional Details :
