Job description

Job Title : Inside Sales Executive

Location : Noida

Work Mode : On-site

Experience Required : 1–3 years (or as per your requirement)

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to generate sales.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products / services.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, conversions, and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, products, and service features.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in inside sales / telecalling / lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional Details :

  • Working Days : 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
  • Time : 9 : 30 - 6 : 00 PM
  • Salary Range : Up-to 5 LPA
