We are seeking a motivated and result-driven business development executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development. The candidate will play a key role in identifying leads, managing outreach campaigns, coordinating with clients, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation & prospecting :
- Research and identify potential clients across industries using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Apollo.io, and other lead databases.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead data, company information, and contact details.
- Segment and prioritize prospects based on geography, business vertical, and service relevance.
- Qualify leads through research and initial outreach to ensure alignment with company offerings.
- Outbound marketing & client outreach :
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold messaging.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align outbound communication with ongoing campaigns.
- Track and measure campaign performance (open rates, responses, and conversions).
- Prepare sales collateral, proposals, and presentations to support client outreach.
- Sales & client coordination :
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
- Schedule discovery calls, demos, and meetings with clients or Business Development Managers.
- Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
- Assist in understanding client requirements and proposing tailored business solutions.
- Market research & strategy support :
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing lead progress, conversion analytics, and insights.
- Contribute to refining sales strategies, positioning, and outreach methods for target industries.
- Reporting & coordination :
- Maintain proper documentation of leads, sales activities, and client communications.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates for internal review meetings.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, tech, HR) for cross-functional coordination when required.
