About the Role
Lead the architecture and development of our hospitality communication and operations platforms ( HotLync & InfraLync) powering 900+ hotels globally. You’ll build scalable microservices, real-time voice integrations, and lead a team of backend and frontend engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect Node.js + PHP (Laravel) services for cloud and on-prem integration
- Design and maintain real-time systems using WebSocket / Socket.IO
- Integrate Asterisk ARI / SIP / VoIP APIs for our call-centre module
- Guide React Native web + mobile teams in component structure and performance
- Implement secure, optimized REST / WebSocket APIs (JWT, Redis, rate-limiters)
- Drive CI / CD and cloud infrastructure on AWS
