Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Human Resources Manager, located in Pune. The Plant Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR-related activities, including Manpower Planning and Remuneration, Statutory compliances & Industrial Relations, Training and Development . The role also involves implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling disciplinary actions, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience only from IATF certificate company from Pune
• Contract management experience must of >

300 + contract employees with experience in manufacturing company only. (Stamping preferred)

Preference for HR graduate +post grad courses
