We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience in IT sales. The candidate must have proven ability to generate leads and bring clients specifically for WordPress, Laravel, and React-based web development projects . The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and contributing to the growth of the company's project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for WordPress, PHP, and React development services .
- Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and keep track of client communications, follow-ups, and deals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
Good to Have
