Job descriptionGlobal compensation strategy development. Workday HCM core knowledge. Workday certification in compensation / advanced compensation. BIRT statement design and delivery in Workday.
Key job responsibilities include configuring merit, bonus, and allowance plans to drive compensation strategy. The ideal candidate will translate HR / compensation requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Key Requirements :
- Configure and manage global merit cycles with regional variations.
- Translate compensation requirements into effective Workday configurations.
- Demonstrate experience in India payroll and compensation practices.
- Test, validate, and execute merit cycles efficiently.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation and be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
