Who We’re Looking For :

We are seeking seasoned Risk & RegTech Consultants with deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity, data protection, and technology-driven compliance transformation. You will work with Aparna Kumar and senior leadership teams to advise on governance, build RegTech adoption roadmaps, and strengthen risk controls across enterprise ecosystems.

The role will involve conducting compliance maturity assessments, recommending RegTech platforms, and building frameworks that unify risk visibility, data security, and operational compliance across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.

Engagement Model :

Retainership or Contractual basis
Duration : 12 to 36 months per engagement (extendable depending on client portfolio and transformation program)
Hybrid engagement model with remote collaboration and client interfacing
Nexora provides complete pre-sales, proposal, and client coordination through its 20+ member business development and governance team

Earning Potential :

Risk & RegTech Consultants typically earn ₹20–30 lakhs annually , depending on the number, scope, and complexity of client engagements. With Nexora’s expanding project pipeline and strong presence in regulated sectors, partners can expect 3–5 long-term assignments per year focusing on compliance transformation and audit readiness.

Ideal Profile :

10–18 years of experience in risk management, IT compliance, or regulatory technology consulting

In-depth understanding of DPDPA, GDPR, RBI / FATCA, and ISO 27001 frameworks

Experience implementing RegTech and GRC platforms (e.g., MetricStream, RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC)

Strong grasp of data privacy, cyber resilience, and risk analytics

Proven ability to collaborate with internal audit, risk, and legal teams to ensure enterprise compliance

Passionate about building secure, transparent, and regulation-ready digital ecosystems
