ETL Migration Subject Matter Expert - Airflow / Talend

Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned ETL Migration SME to lead the migration of enterprise data workflows from Apache Airflow to Talend. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both platforms and a proven track record of delivering successful ETL modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the migration of ETL pipelines from Apache Airflow to Talend.
• Analyze existing Airflow DAGs and translate orchestration logic into Talend workflows.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Talend jobs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance throughout the migration process.
• Create migration documentation, standards, and training materials.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
