Oracle Cloud HCM functional Consultant - OTL

The Role

We are looking for a Oracle Cloud OTL Consultant to join our talented delivery team, working on exciting projects across our broad client base. You will :

• Engage with clients on HCM / Payroll transformation / change programmes.
• Prepare and deliver functional workshops and engage with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping.
• Deliver workstream-specific requirements, configurations, solutions, setup, support testing and deployment activities.
• Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, functional design / configuration documentation or user guides.
• Work with the sales team during the pre-sales engagement process and provide estimates.
• Participate in the development of proof of concepts for use during sales engagement process.
• Adhere to documented development standards and implementation of "best practice" development methods.
• Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions to product gaps and bugs.
• Support the development of apprentice and graduate intake colleagues.

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree Computer Science or a related field. MBA HR or HR related qualification will be an added plus.

Location

Chennai, INDIA. Client onsite visits may be required at different stages of the projects.
