Role Description

The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules and costs to ensure timely completion of construction and engineering projects. The role involves preparing project timelines, resource plans, BOQ / BOM, and cost estimates, while coordinating with project, site, and procurement teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project schedules using tools like Primavera or MS Project to ensure timely project execution.
• Develop and update BOQ, BOM, and cost estimates for materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Track project progress and performance through measurement reports and variance analysis (planned vs. actual).
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with project, site, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction field.
