Customer Support Professionals Wanted for AI Projects
Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled professionals to lead our customer support operations for cutting-edge AI projects. This pivotal role involves spearheading the development of workflows for ticket handling, chat / email support, refunds / returns, and knowledge base management.
You will validate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and trustworthiness in customer-facing scenarios. Additionally, you will simulate complex support scenarios, including escalations and SLA tracking, to optimize workflows.
As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality annotations and datasets to enhance Large Language Model (LLM) training and evaluation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service operations with expertise in ticket handling, chat / email workflows, refunds / returns, and knowledge base upkeep.
- Familiarity with workflow tools, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalents.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify weaknesses in AI-generated workflows.
- Understanding of how operational data is utilized to train and evaluate LLMs.
- Excellent written English skills for creating high-quality datasets and validating AI outputs.
