Relevant Exp : Minimum 3 years of work experience in piping engineering / design in oil & gas industry OR 5 years of experience in pressure vessel manufacturing as a designer.

Roles & Responsibilities :  (Technical Competency) :

1. Must have working knowledge on – a. Piping arrangements, piping isometrics, plot plan, equipment layout, piping class definition etc. b. Materials take-off, material specifications, valve material specifications, data sheets, vendor proposals c. Well conversant with ASME sections like Sec-II, Sec VIII Div-1, TEMA and code calculations d. Stress analysis on pipe supports.

2. Should be able to perform the Stress calculations, MSOT and MAWP calculations for piping and pressure equipment.

3. Should be able to model pressure vessel and heat exchangers in design software for analysis / assessment.

4. Should be conversant with code applicability and material selection criteria.

Desired Skills :

Familiarity with industry codes such as ASME , Sec-II, Sec-V, Sec-VIII & , Sec-IX, API-510, API-570, API for valves and commonly used ASME, API & ASTM codes.

✓ Hands on experience on tools such as PV-Elite, Plant Manager, CAESAR II, Navisworks, Smart Plant Review, Nozzle Pro, etc. – (Must know at least two mentioned in the list)

✓ Demonstrated organizational, coordination, planning, interface and technical judgment skills.

✓ Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.

✓ Good leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills.

✓ Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English
