Job descriptionExperience : Strong experience as a Chef / Head Chef (healthy cooking experience preferred) Knowledge of Diet & Nutrition : Must understand macros, calories, meal prep, and fitness-focused recipes Cooking Skills : Expertise in Indian, continental, meal prep, smoothies, shakes, and clean eating recipes Strong leadership, multitasking, and kitchen management skills Excellent communication & teamwork Passion for healthy cooking and creating delicious, nutritious meals Salary : ₹35,000+ per month Bonus : 5% incentive per lakh revenue Career Growth : 3-month appraisal cycle — grow fast with a supportive team Opportunity to lead and innovate in a health-focused café Work with a community that values fitness, taste, and wellness Work Location : In person (Koramangala, Bengaluru)

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Head Chef who loves creating nutritious food, understands diet & nutrition, and wants to lead a growing culinary team.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Create, plan, and execute healthy, high-protein, and fitness-focused menus
- Maintain quality, taste consistency, and hygiene standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Manage inventory, food costing, and wastage control
- Ensure timely meal preparation for dine-in and takeaway customers
- Collaborate with the management team for new menu ideas, offers, and improvements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
