Role Summary / Purpose

This role is responsible for coordinating instrumentation and data acquisition for the validation of mechanical and electrical components and subsystems. The work spans both laboratory-based testing and field validation at customer sites and on / off track locations, supporting robust product development and accelerated design cycles.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Define instrumentation, equipment, fixturing, and test setups for static and dynamic performance testing.
• Conduct in-process test result checks, process test data, and correlate results with physical phenomena to support engineering analysis and design decisions.
• Translate engineering requirements into executable test plans and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Provide accurate time estimates for testing activities to support project planning.
• Lead design reviews for test plans, procedures, and results; ensure thorough documentation of outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EHS, Facilities, Compliance, Import / Export, Logistics) to enable smooth execution of test plans.
• Uphold strong standards of integrity, compliance, and safety throughout all validation activities.
