Senior Executive - HR

Job Brief : Gigabyte Technology India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Executive - HR & Admin to join our growing team. As a Senior Executive, you will support various aspects of the HR function, including Payroll Management, Compliance & Operations Management, and Administration management.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Payroll & Compliance :

• Manage monthly payroll processing for on-roll and off-roll employees.
• Validate attendance, leave data, and deductions before payroll finalization.
• Ensure timely deposit and filing of statutory contributions – PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS.
• Maintain payroll-related MIS and ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate with finance for disbursement and reconciliation of salaries.
• Handle employee income tax declarations, Form 16 issuance, and payroll queries.
