Must-Have Skills :

Multi-cloud cluster management (AWS, GCP, Azure — including AKS)

Experience with Kubernetes observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd)

Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux for GitOps-based delivery

Familiarity with service meshes, ingress controllers, and pod security policies

Knowledge of policy-as-code and compliance automation (OPA / Gatekeeper)
