About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven
Specialist, Performance Media Operations
to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across social platforms, YouTube, and Condé Nast brand.com sites. You’ll play a key part in campaign execution, data analysis, and performance insights to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement across all media channels.

Provide
in-depth campaign analysis
and performance reports to internal stakeholders to support sales and planning teams.
Deliver
in-flight optimizations
and
end-of-campaign recaps
, highlighting key successes, learnings, and growth opportunities.
Troubleshoot and resolve
campaign or account issues
quickly and effectively while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and continuous campaign improvement.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years
of experience in
digital media operations, campaign management, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience managing campaigns across
social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X / Twitter)
and
YouTube
Strong understanding of
media performance metrics
(CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, etc.) and optimization levers.
Proficiency in
analytics and reporting tools
(Google Analytics, social platform dashboards, Excel / Sheets).
Exceptional
attention to detail
analytical thinking

Strong
