Key responsibilities include generating reports and dashboards, maintaining data accuracy and integrity, identifying trends, and collaborating with teams to implement and improve systems, often using tools like Excel and BI software.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting : Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using tools like Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) software. Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data clearly to management. Data Management & Integrity : Ensure the accuracy, accuracy, and security of organizational data. Validate data from multiple sources and maintain databases. Protect sensitive data from unauthorized access. System Management & Improvement : Oversee the maintenance and functionality of information systems. Automate repetitive reporting and other tasks. Research and recommend suitable technologies for the organization's needs. Strategic Support & Collaboration : Provide timely and accurate information to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, quality, training) to gather data and implement solutions. Offer technical guidance and present findings to management and other employees. Required Skills & QualificationsAnalytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions. Technical Skills : Proficiency in database management, data analysis, IT infrastructure, and tools like Excel, VBA, and BI software.
