TAC Engineer

Location - Chennai (WFO)

Shift - 6 : 00 am - 2 : 00 pm / 2 : 00 pm - 10 : 00 pm / 10 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am

Must have 4+ years of TAC experience with Aruba, Cisco, and Palo Alto.

Expert in routing, switching, and security troubleshooting.

Skilled in Wireshark, CLI debugging, and log analysis.

Handles critical escalations and outage management.

Collaborates with engineering for fixes and improvements.

Strong communication during high-pressure incidents.
