Role : Mental Health & Well-being Counsellor / Coach

We are seeking empathetic and professional counsellors / coaches who can support learners in building emotional resilience, managing stress, and navigating personal challenges. This role is about more than counselling — it is about being a safe space, a trusted guide, and a source of strength in times of doubt or difficulty.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct confidential one-on-one sessions (online) for learners across different age groups.

Provide support in stress management, anxiety, emotional regulation, and resilience-building.

Help learners develop healthy coping strategies to manage academic, professional, and personal pressures.

Create safe spaces for open dialogue without judgment, building trust and comfort.

Identify when learners need specialized clinical support and guide them towards appropriate resources.

Integrate supportive tools and assessments (including AI-enabled wellness trackers) while ensuring the human connection remains central.

Deliver group sessions or workshops on themes such as mindfulness, work-life balance, and emotional intelligence.

What We’re Looking For

Education : Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Mental Health, or related fields (preferred).

Experience : 3–10 years in counselling, therapy, mental health coaching, or well-being programs.

Certifications : Training / certifications in Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy, NLP, Mindfulness, or Life Coaching will be highly valued.

Skills :

Strong active listening and empathetic communication.

Ability to create safe, supportive, and confidential environments.

Experience working with students, young professionals, or adults under pressure.

Balance of professional knowledge with warmth and compassion.

Mindset : Deep belief that mental well-being is not optional — it is essential. Passionate about empowering individuals to live healthier, more balanced lives.
