Key Responsibilities :
1. Bookkeeping : Maintain and update financial records and ledgers in Tally. Record all daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Financial reporting : Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Generate and analyze reports on financial performance, including income statements and balance sheets.
3. Reconciliation : Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of cash flow management. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate records.
4. Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. Assist in the preparation and execution of audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
5. Tax management : Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submission of tax-related documentation. Stay updated on tax regulations and assist in tax planning to optimize liabilities.
6. Support and collaboration : Assist management in budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
