We are expanding our marketing operations in India and are seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to join our Chandigarh office. This is a high-impact role for a tech-savvy marketing professional who can design, implement, and manage end-to-end automation workflows and lead our digital engagement strategy across brands.
Role Overview
The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems that enhance marketing efficiency and drive business growth across Bhalekar Consulting , GIofAI , and Sandeep Bhalekar’s personal brand .
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative marketing insight, and leadership skills . The successful candidate will work closely with business development, digital marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless marketing automation across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Automation Design & Implementation
- Build and optimize end-to-end marketing automation workflows for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Develop email and SMS automation campaigns using tools such as Zoho Marketing Automation, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Create API-based integrations between CRMs, marketing tools, and communication platforms (e.G., Zoho, HubSpot, Success.Ai, Apollo.Io, or Zapier).
- Automate cold outreach and follow-up sequences to drive appointment scheduling and client engagement.
- Implement event-triggered automations for webinars, workshops, and mentorship program marketing.
2. Social Media Automation
Design and manage automated content scheduling systems for multiple brands across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.Use tools like Zoho Social, Buffer, or Hootsuite to automate publishing, track engagement, and measure ROI.Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure timely content delivery through automated workflows.3. Email & Outreach Campaigns
Create and manage personalized outreach campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.Manage cold email campaigns , drip workflows , and nurturing sequences to generate high-quality leads.Track campaign performance, engagement, and conversion metrics;optimize for deliverability and open rates.
4. API & Integration Projects
Develop and manage custom automation scripts or API integrations connecting various marketing systems (CRM, website, social media, and communication platforms).Collaborate with developers to build AI-enabled automation features , such as automated responses or chatbot integrations.5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Supervise and mentor a team of marketing interns and automation specialists .Provide training on marketing tools, campaign execution, and workflow management.Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Design, and Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment.6. Analytics & Reporting
Track key metrics for automation performance — open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI, and engagement.Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership review.Continuously identify areas for optimization through A / B testing and data-driven insights.Key Skills & Competencies
Deep understanding of marketing automation tools such as Zoho Marketing Automation, HubSpot, Success.Ai, or Mailchimp.Proficiency in workflow design, CRM integration, and API-based automation .Experience with social media scheduling tools (Zoho Social, Buffer, Hootsuite).Knowledge of cold email outreach tools (Apollo.Io, Lemlist, Success.Ai).Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.Leadership ability to manage small teams and guide interns effectively.Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. (MBA in Marketing preferred)4–8 years of professional experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or CRM management .Prior experience in B2B or tech consulting environments preferred.Working knowledge of API automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Zoho Flow) is highly desirable.Familiarity with AI-driven marketing and email deliverability best practices is a plus.What We Offer
