Job descriptionPlan and implement preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance schedules to Maintain and track AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) records for all critical assets Ensure timely completion of all facility compliance activities, audits, and certifications, Drive sustainability initiatives and implement energy-efficient practices to enhance Manage inventory of consumables, spare parts, and maintenance materials to ensure Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring effective cost Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and Ensure full adherence to statutory, environmental, and safety standards. Lead and mentor the technical maintenance team, ensuring skill development and Maintain all maintenance records, equipment logs, and documentation aligned with Support facility audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness drills. Work closely with administration and operations teams to ensure seamless day-to-day Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 8–12 years of experience in facility technical operations, preferably in IT corporate or Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and BMS systems. Experience in vendor management, AMC handling, and preventive maintenance Good understanding of facility compliance, audits, sustainability practices, and Proficiency in inventory and budget management related to technical operations. Familiarity with BMS, EMS, and energy management systems. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Proactive and hands-on approach. Strong coordination and stakeholder management. Detail-oriented with focus on safety, compliance, and sustainability. Excellent planning and documentation upkeep skills. Team leadership and mentoring ability.
