What You'll Be Doing :

Responsibilities :

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex data solutions, ensuring scalabilityand maintainability.

2. Architect and implement high-performance data pipelines and data warehousing solutions thatsupport critical business functions.

3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, andother engineers, to translate business needs into technical data solutions.

4. Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence tobest coding practices.

5. Mentor and coach junior data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technicalexcellence.

6. Identify and implement improvements to the data engineering lifecycle, including automation,testing, and CI / CD pipelines.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve production data issues, working to ensure high availability andreliability of data services.

8. Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve data engineeringprocesses and team productivity.

9. Drive the technical vision for data projects, contributing to architectural discussions and long-term planning.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, orequivalent practical experience.

2. 5+ years of professional data engineering experience, with a proven track record of deliveringcomplex, scalable data solutions.

3. Expertise in database design and optimization for both SQL and NoSQL databases.

4. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Python, SQL, or Java, and familiarity withtheir ecosystems.

5. Deep understanding of data architecture patterns, such as data warehousing, ETL processes, anddimensional modeling.

6. Experience with data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Redshift) and cloud computingplatforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

6.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex data issuesquickly.

7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions, present tostakeholders, and write detailed documentation
