Job Role- Lead / Senior Lead-F&A Operations

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall delivery of the Finance scope for Delek.
• Builds and maintains strong relationship with clients
• Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery
• Reviewer and approver of all transformation initiatives to streamline operations while enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage budgets related to client operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Forecast resource needs and allocate budgets accordingly.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or client complaints promptly.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to solve problems.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service effectiveness.
• Drive cross functional synergies to enhance service delivery (IT, S&P, Commercial, HRO)
