Key Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting :

• Assist in overseeing subsidiaries monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage the year-end audit process with external auditors.
• Develop and maintain standard reporting packages for management and board review.
